- (This applies to deliveries to AZ, CA, ID, MT, NA, NE, NV, NM, ND, OR, SD, UT, WA, WY)
- We charge a $6 fee per 24 pounds to cover the insulated coolers and dry ice needed for a safe trip.
- Our minimum order is twelve pounds (12lbs) for Dog Recipes.
- Mix and match proteins. Raw and Cooked food must be purchased separately.
To maximize use of our Green Cell Foam cooler, order raw in (combined totals) of 12, 24, 36, etc. - Orders are shipped by UPS, and typically arrive in two to three days if shipped to the the Eastern part of the US.
- Orders are shipped Monday through Wednesday(some orders will go out on Thursday). We cannot ship on Friday or the weekend, some shipping zones do not have Saturday Delivery.
- Expedited shipping available. Call for details and pricing to your location.
- We ship orders first-come first-serve. Since we have a surplus of orders in the beginning of the week, orders placed early may not go out until up to 2 business days later. Likewise, orders placed near the end of the week may need to be held until the next Monday to ensure the order doesn’t get delayed in courier depots over the weekend. All orders placed on the West Coast will ship out on Monday only. This is the only way we can guarantee your order arrives frozen.
- All orders are packed with dry ice, this may evaporate (sublimate) by the time your order is delivered and some minor defrosting may occur. It is completely safe to refreeze the pouches, and will not affect the quality of the food.
