Use as a treat or topper.
Ingredients
For a medium dog, about 3 to 4 small servings
1 cup cultured raw goat milk
1 large fresh organic egg
1 teaspoon of minced apple, pear, or cranberries, optional
1 to 2 teaspoons organic pumpkin purée, optional
Tiny pinch of Ceylon cinnamon or turmeric, optional
Method
Prepare the egg
Crack the egg into a small bowl.
Whisk until the yolk and white are fully combined and slightly frothy.
If you prefer, you can use only the yolk for a richer, gentler option.

Combine with cultured raw goat milk
In a separate bowl, add the cultured raw goat milk.
Slowly whisk in the egg mixture until smooth and evenly combined.
Possible additions
Stir in any of the following, alone or in combination:1 teaspoon finely minced apple or pear, peeled, seeds removed, optional
1 teaspoon very finely chopped fresh cranberries, optional
1 to 2 teaspoons organic pumpkin purée for gentle fiber and gut support, optional
Add a tiny pinch of Ceylon cinnamon or turmeric if using, then whisk again
Rest and chill
Let the mixture sit in the refrigerator for 10 to 15 minutes.
This allows some thickening and a chance to settle.

Gelatin “Custard” Pudding
(cultured raw goat milk + egg, with heat)
Soft, wobble style pudding, very dog friendly.
Use your existing recipe:
1 cup cultured raw goat milk
1 large fresh organic egg
1 to 2 teaspoons organic pumpkin purée, optional
1 teaspoon minced apple, pear, or cranberries, optional
Tiny pinch of Ceylon cinnamon or turmeric, optional
Add for pudding:
1 teaspoon unflavored organic gelatin
2 tablespoons cool water
1 to 2 tablespoons plain water or our goat milk, gently warmed
Method
Bloom the gelatin
Sprinkle the gelatin over 2 tablespoons cool water in a small cup.
Let it sit 5 minutes until it swells and looks spongy.
Melt the gelatin
Gently warm the plain water or our goat milk until just hot to the touch.
Stir in the bloomed gelatin until completely dissolved.
Let this mixture cool to lukewarm so it will not damage the cultured milk.
Prepare the nog base
In a bowl, whisk the egg until smooth and frothy.
In a separate jug or bowl, add the cultured raw goat milk.
Whisk in the egg, then the organic pumpkin purée and any minced apple, pear, or cranberries.
Add the tiny pinch of Ceylon cinnamon or turmeric if using.
Combine and set
Whisk the cooled, melted gelatin into the nog mixture until fully blended.
Pour into small ramekins or silicone molds.
Refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours until softly set and spoonable.
Serving
Offer as a treat or topper, following your usual tablespoon guidelines.

Healthy Holiday Raw Goat Milk Recipes for Dogs is a simple, nutrient rich Christmas treat that turns AllProvide’s Cultured Raw Goat Milk into a silky, probiotic holiday little lappable treat for your dog’s bowl. Two easy dog treat recipes: a non-heated egg nog, and an alternative heating recipe, a gelatin goat nog pudding. Both recipes use our chilled cultured raw goat milk, fresh organic egg, and optional whole food add ins like organic minced apple, pear, cranberries, pumpkin puree, cinnamon, or turmeric to support digestion, skin, coat, and overall wellness. The pudding recipe calls for an organic unflavored gelatin powder for a thicker consistency, which has a fantastic bonus of providing amino acids that support joint health and cartilage maintenance.
